Marketing Strategy: My objective is to produce maximum exposure for my clients’ homes in order to obtain the highest sale price with the least amount of disruption to their lives. I create a comprehensive advertising and marketing program, incorporating the most effective publications and websites and the latest technologies to provide local, national, and international exposure.

This marketing showcase highlights examples of my customized marketing elements which includes brochures, postcard mailers, email blasts, Facebook and Instagram posts, online advertising and print advertising in a variety of high distribution publications.

Architectural Photography

A picture is worth a thousand words, which is why I use professional, architectural photographers to promote every home I represent. In addition to the exterior, interior, and garden photos, I schedule photo shoots at different times of the day and sometimes multiple sessions to capture the property at its best. Where appropriate, I use exterior twilight or aerial images which increase online click-thru results for online viewers.

Professionally Measured Floor Plan

A detailed floor plan of the home to provide information about not only the approximate square footage of each area but clearly show the layout of the home.

Property Website

I create a spotlight website to showcase the property’s features, floor plans, photos, architecturally significant details, etc. This webpage is used in all advertising and marketing efforts, which enables potential buyers to learn more about the property than any print ad can convey.

We use video to tell the story that pictures are unable to. It allows people to feel the flow of the home and its surroundings giving people a true experience for what could be there next home.

Working with my designer, we will create a professionally designed, high-quality property brochure tailored to highlight the unique qualities of your property. In addition to the marketing narrative, to further establish the value for the buyer, a detailed list of finishes and technical features will be included.

Direct Mailers
It used to be that we would do bulk mailers and blanket an area with no real way to be specific as to who got it. We can now do targeted mailers with the help of A.I. These assists to identify residents most likely looking to buy(renters, upsizers, downsizers.).
